1. Vitamin A
Vitamin A or retinol is very important in keeping the outer layers of skin cells and other outer cells of other organs in our body healthy. But if you want to nourish your body with this vitamin, it would be wise if you get this vitamin from natural products such as dairy products, fish oils and liver.

This vitamin keeps our immune system in good shape to effectively fight against disease-causing bacteria and viruses that may infiltrate the body. In the case of acne treatment and prevention, this vitamin is a good anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory vitamin that can greatly help the skin against the attack of bacteria-causing acne. Vitamin C is also used in repairing damaged tissue caused by pimple marks and acne scars.
